Membership
Full membership is open to those individuals that are currently teaching or instructing Culinary Arts/Cook Training at the Secondary or Post-Secondary level in a province or territory of Canada, or are owners or directors of Culinary Programs, or who are employed as Assistants to Teachers or Instructors in Secondary or Post-Secondary teaching programs, or who manage kitchens in these programs.
Associate membership is open to those individuals who are non-teaching industry chefs, representatives of Provincial/National Food Service companies or others active or interested in the promotion of cook training at the Secondary and Post-Secondary level in the provinces or territories of Canada.
Membership fees of $60.00 annually are due on December 31 of each calendar year for the following year. Our membership year is January 1 to December 31
