Description: A review of the hospitality disciplines at National Skills Canada 2008 held in calgary. The images are random and do not convey any endorsement other than the fantastic skills our Canadian students' display. Images will be added as time permits. Matthew is on a learning curve called frustration. Reviewing the images does bring back memories and I hope that the students who participated are encouraged to stay in the hospitality industry. I am confident that many younger students will see these images and become inspired. The CCEA web site gets thousands of hits per month from all over the world. Enjoy!
