CCF. Edmonton, High School Culinary Challenge.

The CCF,Edmonton branch has put together a culinary challenge for high school students in Alberta. The event will take place at NAIT on Sat February 9th starting at 8:30am to 11:30am.

A team of three students will prepare and cook a 3 course meal for six. The menu is somewhat challenging and will present some diversity and unique challenges for the students involved. Teamwork and work method will be important. This is a different challenge for high school culinary students and sould improve the outstanding qualities that our students presently display. Good cooking to all who are participating.
