Comment: Hello Folks,
Just a gentle reminder to get your Conference registrations and cheques in soon. I have 9 paid registrations so far and 9 unconfrimed that have indicated that they are coming -- these need to get their registrations and cheques in ASAP. If anyone else is coming to the June Conference in BC please make sure that you book your hotel room before May 20 as the negotiated room rate is only good until then and they will also put the unreserved rooms back into their system then.
The conference is shaping up to be something very good, so we hope to have at least as many delegates as we hosted in BC in 2005 (40).
Thanks,
Terry Larsen

Comment: For members from Alberta, Matthew is making arrangements for travel to BC. Conference. At this time a mini van to hold 6 people plus driver will cost $414.00 to hire with unlimited mileage. This would amount to APP' $102.00 per person if we include insurance. I estimate gas at around $300.00 for the trip so let us assume the cost would be app' $170.00 per person for the round trip, this includes taxes. I pick up the van on the 18th June and return it on the 23rd. With insurance any one can drive so we can share driving. We are looking at an 8 hour drive with 1 hour of breaks. Please contact matthew ASAP to confirm spot in Van. One suite case per person. Matthew will arrange pick up schedule of passengers. No I will not drive to Grande Prairie or Okotokos!! Any one requiring Hot ***? may order through the studly Irish Guy!! It will come with me! in the van, Matthew.
