Alberta Chef Educators Culinary Art and Baking Competition Grande Prarie 2004

 

The public enjoyed the young chefs treats at the Grande Prarie Agricom Show.

 

The students worked well in both kitchens

 

 

The students produced quality products, in baking the students had to present a decorated cake, filled pie and a collection of dinner buns.

 

This competition required the students to be creative with ground Alberta beef

 

This event was sponsored largely by SYSCO. It was a 2 day event with the studends doing demonsrrations at the Grande Prarie Agricultural Show followed by a one day baking and Culinary Art competition at Grande Prarie High School hosted by Chef Educator Hal Buechner.
