Full membership is open to educators who hold provincial cook certification papers.

Associate membership is open to educators who have returned to private enterprise and to business personnel who promote educational goals in the hospitality industry.

The province follows the national guidelines in all its affairs.

Membership fees of $60.00 are due on December 31st of each calendar year for the following year. 2008 fees are due on December 31st 2007 in order for you to qualifay for continuious membership. Our membership year is Dec 31st to Dec 31st.
